YOGA FOR BEGINNERS Yoga is great for stress reduction, weight loss, toning and firming the body and achieving inner peace. This class goes over the basics of yoga for the total beginner. Open to everyone. Tuesdays, October 5 - November 23 Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center Time: 7:00-8:00 pm $60 for 8 week session

YOGA FOR SENIORS This gentle yoga class consists of postures that are modified for seniors or those that have been away from exercise for some time. Tuesdays, October 5 - November 23 Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center Time: 4:30-5:20 pm • $55 for 8 week session
YOGA PRACTICE This class is designed to accommodate a variety of different levels. Open to everyone. Join us after school or work. Tuesdays, October 5 - November 23 Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center Time: 5:30 - 6:30 pm • $60 for 8 week session
