SUMMER SESSION 2

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Yoga is great for stress reduction, weight loss, toning,
and firming the body and achieving inner peace. This class covers
the basics for the total beginner. Open to everyone.
Tuesdays, August 3 - September 28 (no class August 24)
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center
Time: 7:00-8:00 pm • $60 for 8 week session

YOGA FOR SENIORS
This gentle yoga class consists of postures that are modified for
seniors or those that have been away from exercise for some time.
Tuesdays, August 3 - September 28 (no class August 24)
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center
Time: 4:30 - 5:20 pm
$55 for 9 week session

YOGA PRACTICE
This class is designed to accommodate a variety of different levels.

Time: 5:30 - 6:30 pm $60 for 9 week session

HOT YOGA
This class will help you learn to steadily make new demands on yourself:
to work harder, deeper, yet calmer experiencing the principle that physical
exertion and relaxation operate most effectively simultaneously.
Class one:Mondays, 5:30 - 6;30 Aug.2 - Sept.27 (no class August 23)
Class two: Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 Aug.4 - Sept.29 (no class August 25)
Location: I.O.O.F Lodge, • $60 for 8 week session
Sign up for both classes (Mon. & Wed.) $105 per session

heal from an injury, or reduce stress, this is a time for us to
come together to create a program specifically designed for your
