YOGA FOR BEGINNERS
Yoga is great for stress reduction, weight loss, toning and firming
the body and achieving inner peace. This class goes over the basics of
yoga for the total beginner. Open to everyone.
Tuesdays, Time: 7:00-8:00 pm January 10 - February 28
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center
$60 for 8 week session

YOGA FOR BEGINNERS (afternoons) See description above
Class one: Tuesdays, 1:00-1:50 January 10 - February 28
Class two: Tuesdays, 2:00-2:50 January 10 - February 28
Class three: Thursdays, 1:00-1:50 January 12 - March 1
Class four: Thursdays, 2:00-2:50 January 12 - March 1
Location: Jazzercise Center • $60 for 8 week session

YOGA FOR SENIORS
This gentle yoga class consists of postures that are modified for
seniors or those that have been away from exercise for some time.
Tuesdays, 4:30-5:20 January 3 - February 21
Location: CWU, Mary Grupe Conference Center
$55 for 8 week session


YOGA LEVEL ll (Downtown)
In this class new postures will be introduced and techniques?learned in
the beginning class will be refined.

Class one:Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30 January 2 - February 20
Location: I.O.O.F Lodge, $60 for 8 week session January 4 - February 22

Class two: Wednesdays, 5:30 -6:30
Location: I.O.O.F Lodge, $60 for 8 week session

YOGA LEVEL ll (Campus)
In this class new postures will be introduced and techniques learned in
the beginning class will be refined.

INTERMEDIATE YOGA
This class will help you learn to steadily make new demands on yourself:
to work harder, deeper, yet calmer experiencing the principle that physical
exertion and relaxation operate most effectively simultaneously.
